Vahana

Vahana (vah-HAH-nah) The Vahana, or ECK missionary, is a chela who aids the Living ECK Master in carrying the message of ECK into the world.

Every ECK Initiate is a vehicle for the ECK in his daily life as a carrier of the Light and Sound.

The mission of a Vahana is to carry the news and benefits to others of God's love for Soul. The ultimate goal of any Arahata or ECK Vahana is to teach a seeker how to connect directly with the Light and Sound of God. To know that Soul exists because God love it.

The scope of the ECK missionary effort is vast. And it is a team effort, as the entire ECK spiritual hierarchy is working on connecting willing Souls with the Mahanta so he can lead them home to God. For Vahanas on Earth, the link with this missionary effort is through the Eckankar Spiritual Center.

Help from the Council of the Nine

If spreading the teachings of ECK is your goal, put attention upon the Council of the Nine, the ECK Masters responsible for the distribution of the ECK message in the lower worlds.

Invite their help; ask them to accompany you to work or ECK meetings. Remember, no ECK Master will interfere, but will wait for you to give an express invitation. So you have to approach them during contemplation to request help formulating plans.

Then be aware of these Masters throughout your day. This team of nine is unbeatable.
