Light and Sound

Light and Sound God's love in action. The Light and Sound are the Voice of God, the ECK (Holy Spirit).

All Souls are made up of Light and Sound. The Light and Sound contain the totality of all teaching emanating from God.

One can make contact via the Spiritual Exercises of ECK, where one may see an inner or outer light and hear an inner or outer sound. This brings purification of Soul.
