Arahata (ah-rah-HAH-tah) One who has reached the Second Initiation in Eckankar. Also, a teacher of ECK classes.

The Four-Step Spiritual Exercise of ECK uses "ECK Arahata" as a chant; see the Three Key Spiritual Exercises of ECK for instructions on how to do this spiritual exercise.
