Lower worlds

lower worlds The planes below the Soul Plane; from lowest to highest, the Physical Plane, Astral Plane, Causal Plane, Mental Plane, and Etheric Plane. Also called the lower planes, dualistic planes, or psychic planes (worlds), these are schools of experience for Soul. The worlds of energy, matter, space, and time.

Each successive plane beyond the Physical has a higher proportion of Spirit to matter.
