Darwin Gross

Gross, Darwin Paul Twitchell named Darwin Gross to succeed him and serve as an interim Living ECK Master. Gross served in this capacity for a ten-year period after Paul's translation in 1971.

In October 1981, the Rod of ECK Power was passed again, and Gross announced Harold Klemp as the new Living ECK Master. But Gross failed to accept that he himself was no longer the spiritual head of the teachings. He was discharged from Eckankar and dismissed from the Vairagi Order in late 1983.
