The Spiritual Years of ECK

The Year of Light and Sound The first of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: Hearing the Secret Voice of God.
The Light and Sound, taken together, are the Voice of God, the Holy Spirit. They form a cosmic wave that goes out from the heart of God to the ends of creation.
The Mahanta, the Living ECK Master's job is to help Soul learn to catch that wave which then flows home to God.
A Year of Spiritual Healing The second of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: Secrets of Spiritual Healing.
After spending many lifetimes in search of Truth, the individual is often a bruised and battered wreck.
Even after having bathed in the Light and Sound of God, Soul needs time to heal. So it is necessary to set aside a time of healing every twelve years for the individual to gather strength for the next leg of the spiritual journey.
The Year of the Shariyat The third of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: The Secret of Living Truth Every Day.
The Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad is the body of spiritual writings that form the ECK holy scriptures. These scriptures cut through the illusions of temporal power and lead Soul to wisdom, spiritual power, and freedom.
Year of the ECK Missionary The fourth of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: The Power of Mission.
Each Soul has a mission, a purpose. During this annual cycle, one tries to learn, then align, this personal mission with that of God's divine plan for each Soul's return home to God.
Soul is here to learn divine love. Along the way, Soul learns that Its personal mission also means helping others find their way to it.
A Year of HU The fifth of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: Discover the God Sound.
HU is the most ancient name for God, not God Itself. HU, the first impulse from the Ocean of Love and Mercy, is the original of all motion, force, light, sound, and vibration.
Singing HU opens one to help from the Holy Spirit.
The Year of Giving The sixth of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: The Spiritual Need for Giving.
The entire reason for Soul's journey is to learn the spiritual need for giving. A life of meaning is a life of giving. God's love freely comes to all of us, so we must learn both to accept that love and then to pass it on to others.
A Year of Blessing The seventh of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: The Power of Blessing.
A time to count your blessings. Bless each moment, each thought, each word, and each deed. Let only the pure love of God flow from you and into your own universe.
The Year of Thanksgiving The eighth of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: The Power of Gratitude.
This year has much in common with A Year of Blessing, which precedes it. We must be willing to let our joy of life show in a spirit of celebration.
Enjoy the company of your loved ones at special celebrations of your own choosing throughout the year. Give thanks for the gift of life.
A Year of Creativity The ninth of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: Secrets of Divine Creativity.
God's special gift to the higher forms of spiritual evolution is the gift of creativity. It is a reflection of Soul's highest nature.
Year of the ECK Teacher The tenth of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: Become a Light to the World.
This year is opposite on the wheel to its counterpart, Year of the ECK Missionary. First, the missionary finds the Souls that are ready for the return home to God.
Later, the ECK teacher, the Arahata, as an aide to the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master, leads a class of people who desire the knowledge of truth found in the ECK teachings. This is a key year.
The Year of Graceful Living The eleventh of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: The Power of Grace.
As Souls unfold, there way of interacting with others become more graceful. There is an honest attempt to see the Mahanta in every Soul, because then a graceful life is found to be the natural life. Grace is a balm that makes things run better.
A Year of Consecration The twelfth of the spiritual years of ECK. It embodies the following secret: Loving as God Loves.
A time to dedicate oneself anew to being a Coworker with God. A chance to tie up loose spiritual ends of the last cycle and prepare for the new one next year.
