Twelve-year cycle

twelve-year cycle(s) The 12-year (duodenary) cycle, called the Lhokhor, is a great cycle of the ECK-Vidya. Greater cycles include a factor multiplied by it, such as the 60-yeaar cycle, the Rabjung. Lesser cycles include the 3- and 4-year cycles.

The 12-year cycle provides a key turning point in the life of a person.

Each 12-year cycle can mark a time of spiritual upliftment, if a person keeps his face toward God. It's a time to balance the rate of vibrations.

The number twelve is expressed in the world in the person of the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master. Each great cycle of 12 is a new period of starting over again, developed only through the Light of the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master, who is the embodiment and expression of the twelve.
