Baraka Bashad (bah-RAH-kah bah-SHAHD) Means "May the blessings be" and is often used as the ECK benediction.
Along with the HU Chant, this ECK blessing is an example of the highest spiritual forms of prayer or worship. It is another way to say, "Thy will be done".
