Astral body

Astral body One of the bodies of Soul (the others are the Physical body, Causal body, Mental body, and Etheric body). The Astral body is the protective sheath Soul uses for experience and expression on the Astral Plane.

It is lighter and finer than the Physical body. Also known as the Emotional body, Light body, Light form, subtle body, and Nuri Sarup.
