Askleposis

Description

Located in Sahasra-dal-Kanwal, Askleposis is a mammoth, octagon-shaped building of rose and white sandstone; with its huge columns, it has been likened to an ancient Egyptian or Indian temple. It towers high in the center of the city and is surrounded by a huge, green park.

Eight walks lead through the park to the temple, then up steps to gigantic brass doors which open into a majestic, circular room. In the center of this round hall, the Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad is placed upon a spheroid mineral block. Adjacent to the temple is a huge library where some of the writings of the Shariyat are stored in an archival warehouse.
